All same day paddlers have our average 2.5 hr time slot. All day ahead reservations have the discretion of taking up to 4 hrs. All afternoon paddles launching between 2pm and 5 pm must be off the water by 6pm sharp. Any equipment changed day of is not subject to a rate adjustment refund or credit. Great for Picnicing and fishing. For best wildlife experience early mornings are suggested as well as bringing water and sunscreen. All reservations need to be made at least 9hrs in advance before your start time 'note' we do make exceptions to better serve your schedule. All cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. Anyone over an hour from their start time that is late is considered a full forfeit and we'll lose your booking. Any group reservations or bookings are subject to reschedule only due to blacking out other reservations to accommodate large groups.

We reserve the right to deny service without refund to anyone that exhibits unreasonable liability risk or abuses the environment or staff we always want safety first. This is a group liability waiver and rental agreement and you should discuss the terms with the group before paddling. We give each customer/ group a map of the park with the park rules on the back in which you must abide by while on park property. All promotional offers are one use per visit and must be booked 24 hrs. in advanced and have limits and restrictions that we with hold the ability and right to change without notice if we feel the customer/customers are abusing the promotions.In the case of a re-schedule we ask that each reservation please rebook the number of people in their party so we can be properly prepared for each customer. All safety gear and on the water training is available at no charge. The group fully understand that with the allowed use of Native Rentals, Inc. /surferbus.com equipment the customer is hereby liable for any damages to the equipment and over time rental charges may occur when out past my allotted rental time .All rates are per-person and no subleasing of our equipment is allowed. The customers that are released with our equipment is in full charge of the equipment and the responsibility of returning it to the location where the rental occurred and is in no way to lease or loan it out of their control. All renters needs to fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor recreational activities have: (a) inherent risks, dangers and hazards and such exist in my use of surferbus activities; (b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disability or death; (c) these risks and damages may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers, volunteers or agents of the rental operators the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, the forces of nature or guide decision making, including that a guide may misjudge terrain, weather, trail, or water route locations, and water level changes which may result in falling out of or drowning, all risks, hazards and dangers that are integral to recreational activities in the outdoors. (d) I hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, Surferbus.com and its owners, agents, officers, volunteers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of Surferbus equipment or may arise out of my use of Surferbus activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claim or actions that I may have presently or in the future for any negligent acts or other conduct by the owner, agents, officers, volunteers or employees that are involved in anyway, Should any part of this contract be found to be invalid it shall not effect any other provisions or the intent of the contract.All riders/renters/participants agree to pay all attorney fees and related court cost incurred by both them and Surferbus.com should they elect to enter into civil litigation or any other form of recourse against Surferbus.com and agrees that the court of jurisdictions shall be in Manatee County.
